Osteopathy is a hands-on, holistic approach to healthcare that focuses on how the body's structure - muscles, joints, fascia, and spine - work together to support health and function. Using gentle manual techniques, an Osteopath helps relieve tension, improve mobility, and encourage the body's natural ability to heal. Osteopathy can be effective for managing chronic pain, injury recovery, reducing stress, and improving overall well-being. It is helpful for conditions such as neck/back pain, arthritis, headaches, vertigo, congestion, pregnancy discomfort, digestive issues & chronic pain.

This 60 minute session offers light touch manual therapy to relieve tension, improve mobility, and support whole-body wellness. Ideal for clients seeking natural pain relief, stress reduction or support for chronic conditions. Craniosacral treatments are great for nervous system regulation, headaches, and persistent post-concussion symptoms. This service is provided by Osteopathic Manual Practitioner, Sam Bauer. While not covered by all insurance plans, some extended health providers may provide partial reimbursement.

Massage Therapy assesses, treats and prevents physical dysfunction and pain in the soft tissues, muscles, tendons, ligaments, joints and fascia of the body, using manual bodywork for pain relief and rehabilitation. Massage can help with musculoskeletal disorders associated with tension, muscular overuse or occupational stress, injury, and other chronic pain syndromes. Massage is also an effective way to relax and down-regulate the nervous system.
