Osteopathy is a hands-on, holistic approach to healthcare that focuses on how the body's structure - muscles, joints, fascia, and spine - work together to support health and function. Using gentle manual techniques, an Osteopath helps relieve tension, improve mobility, and encourage the body's natural ability to heal. Osteopathy can be effective for managing chronic pain, injury recovery, reducing stress, and improving overall well-being. Ideal for clients seeking natural pain relief, stress reduction or support for chronic conditions.
